about becoming her...

Hey there, I’m Christina

For years, I helped people search for answers.

As a professional tarot reader, I sat with thousands of women navigating heartbreak, anxiety, attachment, grief, and the uncertainty that comes with being human.

But over time, I noticed something.

People weren't just searching for predictions.

They were searching for understanding.

That realization changed the direction of my life.

Today, I'm pursuing my Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy while creating Becoming Her, a place where psychology feels approachable, healing feels possible, and understanding replaces shame.

Because I don't believe you're broken.

I believe your mind makes sense.

The goal isn't to become someone new. It's to understand the person you've always been.

I'm not here to give you quick fixes or tell you who to become.

I'm here to help you understand why you think, feel, and relate the way you do.

Together, we'll explore attachment, emotional regulation, relationships, neurodivergence, boundaries, and the patterns quietly shaping your life.

Because when you understand your mind, you stop fighting yourself.

That's where healing begins.

WHAT I'm here to help you understand

your mind makes sense

Becoming Her isn't about becoming someone new. It's about understanding the person you've always been beneath the survival.

You don't need to fix yourself.
you deserve to understand yourself.
because the moment you replace self-criticism with self-compassion, everything begins to change.

When i'm not studying the human mind...

You'll usually find me:
  • Reading one more chapter of a psychology book than I planned to.
  • Walking the beach in San Diego while thinking through my next idea.
  • Cheering from the sidelines at Max's baseball games.
  • Rearranging furniture because somehow it always sparks my creativity.
  • Hunting for beautiful vintage finds or pieces that make a house feel like a home.
  • Spending time with the people I love.
I'm endlessly curious about people.
Why we love the way we do.
Why we repeat the same patterns.
Why healing can feel so hard.
And how understanding ourselves can change everything.

That curiosity is what led me to create Becoming Her, and it's what continues to shape both my work and my own life every day.
