I used to believe healing meant becoming someone completely different.
Then I discovered something that changed everything:
Nothing was wrong with me.
My anxious attachment, rejection sensitivity, overthinking, perfectionism, and constant need to "have it all together" weren't character flaws. They were survival strategies.
Somewhere along the way, you learned to survive.
You became the people pleaser. The overthinker. The perfectionist. The one who always held it together. The one who questioned every decision and carried everyone else's emotions.
Those patterns didn't appear because something was wrong with you.
They developed because your mind was trying to protect you.
Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about understanding why those patterns exist, learning how to work with your nervous system instead of against it, and reconnecting with the version of you that existed before survival became your default.
Welcome back to yourself.
For years, I helped people search for answers through tarot.
But I realized something unexpected.
People weren't looking for predictions.
They were looking for understanding.
That discovery led me to psychology, attachment theory, and the study of human behavior. Today, I'm pursuing my Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy to help people understand their minds, heal their patterns, and build healthier relationships.
